Although a young company (formed in 2007) the key personnel at Advanced Refurbishment Contracts offer a combined one hundred years of solid and practical experience within the interior construction market. 

 

We offer a strong service where companies are looking for relocation fit out or are refurbishing existing premises.  Our contracts team dovetail to offer a complete package of trades skills and management supervision which ensure superior quality levels and projects delivered on time. 

 

We are particularly suited to the office, educational, leisure and industrial sectors and are highly experienced and enjoy an excellent history in dealing with architects, surveyors and facility managers. 

 

We enjoy a wide client base from both the private and public sectors. Our clients include both national and international companies - News International Newspapers, South Lanarkshire Council, Kilmarnock College, Turner Group, DTZ, Renfrewshire Council, Fortis Bank, and Striling Council.
